Barriers for Women in Science

We are four of 78 women chosen worldwide to be part of Homeward Bound, a leadership course for women in science in Antarctica, this December! Our aim is to spread awareness of the lower numbers of women in leadership positions (in science and elsewhere!) and contribute to redressing the gender imbalance. To achieve our goal, we need your help to focus on the biggest barriers for women in science! Rate the issues as you have either faced yourself, or think are most important to deal with. In turn, we will cover the top 6 barriers in more detail and include them into a game we are currently designing for future fundraising events... Take your pick!
