የጥናቱ ጥያቄ በመጀመሪያ በመግባባት እና በተጨማሪ ክፍል A ይጀምራል፣ ይህ የእርስዎን የአጠቃላይ የዴሞግራፊ ዝርዝር ለመስጠት በጣም ይቅርታ ይቀበሉ፣ ይህ የተለያዩ ተሳታፊዎችን በዕድሜ፣ ጾታ፣ የጋብቻ ሁኔታ፣ ትምህርት እና የገንዘብ ደረጃ ለማድረግ ነው። ከዚያ ክፍል B የጥናቱ ዋነኛ ይዘት ይወክላል፣ ይህም የእርስዎን የእንቅስቃሴ ማዕከል አገልግሎት ጥራት፣ ደስታ እና ወደ ማዕከል የተመለሰ ተመልሰኝነት ላይ የተመለከተ መግለጫዎችን ይይዛል። አጠቃላይ 30 መግለጫዎች አሉ፣ ለዚህ በአንድ መልስ (ወይም ከ1 እስከ 5 ድምር) ብቻ ይፈልጋሉ። አጠቃላይ የጥናቱ ሂደት 5 ደቂቀ ጊዜ ብቻ ይወስዳል ነገር ግን ይህ የሚሰጥ ውሂብ አስፈላጊ እና ለውሂብ ስራዬ ውስጥ ዋጋ አለው።

የግለሰቦች ዝርዝር ጉዳይ ላይ እባኮትን የምርመራው ውሂብ በደህንነት ይቀመጣል እና ከምርመራው በኋላ ይተወው ይቀርባል፤ የተገኘው ውሂብ በትምህርት ቦርድ ብቻ ይታይ ይሆናል፣ ይህ ምርመራ በተለይ የትምህርት ዕድል ነው። በማንኛውም ጊዜ የእርስዎን መለያ አይታወቅም ወይም አይታወቅም፣ ምርመራው በአይነት ቁጥር ይታይ (ተሳታፊ 1, 2, 3 …) ይሆናል። በዚህ ጥናት ላይ ይታወቃሉ።
