Assessment of Consumers' Perceptions of Food Safety and Hygiene in Public Catering Establishments

I am Paulina Makarovaitė, a student in the Master's program in Food Safety at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. I am conducting a study on the topic "Assessment of Cross-Contamination Risks and Employees' Knowledge in Public Catering Establishments". The study is intended for individuals aged 18 and older who visit public catering establishments (restaurants, cafes, etc.).
The purpose of the survey is to assess consumers' views on cross-contamination and food safety in public catering establishments. I assure you that the survey is anonymous, and the collected data will be used only for academic purposes, analyzing general trends. Responses will be processed collectively, and it will not be possible to identify individual participants. Participation is voluntary—you can discontinue filling out the survey at any time. Completing the survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
