Socially Responsible Human Resource Management in Sports Organizations

Dear respondent, I am Modesta Milašiūtė, a student at the Lithuanian Sports University, and I am conducting research for my master's thesis on the topic "Socially Responsible Human Resource Management in Sports Organizations." The aim of this study is to assess how principles of social responsibility are applied in sports organizations regarding employees and how this relates to employee well-being and job satisfaction. This survey is anonymous, and the data collected will be used for scientific purposes only. We ask you to answer all questions honestly - there are no right or wrong answers, only your personal opinion matters. Completing the questionnaire will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
