The Influence of Perceived Human Resource Management Practices on Employees' Innovation Capability: Mediation by Employee Engagement and Moderation by Attitudes towards the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace.
Dear Participant,
My name is Miglė Ivoškaitė and I am a student in the Master's program in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics and Management at Vilnius University. As part of my master's thesis, I am conducting a study that examines how perceived human resource management practices influence employees' innovation capability and the role of employee engagement and attitudes towards the application of Artificial Intelligence in the workplace. All individuals employed in Lithuania or Germany are invited to participate in the study.
Your participation is voluntary, and your answers will be treated anonymously. The data collected will be used solely for scientific purposes and will only be evaluated in summarized form, without the ability to identify individual participants.
Please answer all questions and select the response that best applies to you. There are no right or wrong answers - what matters is your personal opinion and experiences in the work environment.
Completing the questionnaire takes about 10-15 minutes. Each person can fill out the questionnaire only once. If you have questions about the study, please feel free to contact me via email: [email protected]
Thank you for your participation, your engagement, and the time you take for this survey!
