The influence of perceived human resource management practices on employees' innovation capability: Mediation through employee engagement and moderation by attitudes toward the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace.
Dear participant,
My name is Miglė Ivoškaitė, and I am a student in the Master's program in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Vilnius University. As part of my Master's thesis, I am conducting a study that examines how perceived human resource management practices influence employees' innovation capabilities and what role employee engagement and attitudes toward the application of artificial intelligence in the workplace play. Anyone currently employed in Lithuania or Germany is invited to participate in the study.
Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will be treated anonymously. The data collected will be used exclusively for scientific purposes and will only be evaluated in aggregated form, without being able to identify individual participants.
Please answer all questions and select the answer that best corresponds to you. There are no right or wrong answers—the important thing is your personal opinion and experiences in the workplace.
Completing the questionnaire will take about 10–15 minutes. Each person can only fill out the questionnaire once. If you have any questions regarding the study, please feel free to contact me via email: [email protected]
Thank you for your participation, your engagement, and the time you take for this survey!
