Dear respondent,

I am Viktorija Kostoel Amdam, a master's student in the Human Resource Management program at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Vilnius University. I am currently preparing my master's thesis on the topic "The relationship between inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and trust in leadership." I invite you to participate in this study, which aims to analyze the relationships between inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and trust in leadership, and to determine how these factors interact and influence employee engagement in work.
