Winners for the Gospel Choice Music Awards are chosen by popularity voting in the Finalist Round, voting and review by the 2020 GCMA Review Board.  The Finalist Round voting is ballot voting through the Gospel Choice Music Awards website. After this round, finalists are sent to a review board to determine the winners in each category.

The winners in each category will be acknowledged and awarded at the annual Gospel Choice Music Awards Show. Award finalists must be present to win in their category.
