- It is very good that you provided a cover letter with important details about the reserach, together with your contacts. When you add the 'other' option, it would be better if the respondent could add their input. Is it not important/interesting? Some of the questions could have more answer options, especially to respondents who could be indifferent or not sure about how to respond. The final question is not clear.
