Clinical Trials: Humans Instead of Animals

Hello.

I am Gilma Brigita Pauliukevičiūtė, a second year student of New Media Language at Kaunas University of Technology.

According to American Cancer Society, by the end of 2019, estimated number of new cases of cancer in United States will reach 1,762,450 from which 606,880 are believed to be fatal. It should be noted that using animals in clinical trials to develop cure for incurable diseases have failed to translate to humans, leaving patients with insufficient treatment or without treatment at all. As a result, I designed a survey to assess people's knowledge and attitudes about using humans in clinical trials instead of animals.

The survey is anonymous.

If you have any questions feel free to send me an email: gilma.pauliukeviciute@gmail.com
