- આજો સુધી પારદર્શિતા અને નૈતિકતા માત્ર ચર્ચા અને ટિપ્પણોના વિષય છે, પરંતુ વાસ્તવિકતા જેવું જીવાય છે તે ઘણું જ અલગ છે કારણ કે પ્રથાપૂર્વક દરેક દેશની કાનૂની પ્રણાલી ક્યારેક એવા કાર્યોને મંજૂરી આપે છે જે કાયદેસર છે, પરંતુ નૈતિક નથી અને આ દ્રષ્ટિકોણમાંથી, બધું સુધારવું આવશ્યક છે.
