Muna sha'awar hanyoyin motsa jiki na mutane a cikin kungiyoyin zamantakewa da shekaru daban-daban. Wannan wani ɓangare ne na babban bincike da ake gudanarwa a kasashe da yawa a cikin ƙasar Baltic. Amsoshin ku za su taimaka mana fahimtar yadda kuke da aiki idan aka kwatanta da mutane a wasu ƙasashe. Za a gudanar da binciken a ƙasashe 5: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Finland.

Tambayoyin suna game da lokacin da ka yi amfani da shi wajen motsa jiki a cikin kwanaki 7 da suka gabata. Sun haɗa da tambayoyi game da ayyukan da kake yi a wurin aiki, a matsayin wani ɓangare na aikin gida da shaharar, don samun daga wuri zuwa wuri, da kuma a lokacin hutu don hutu, motsa jiki ko wasanni. Don Allah ka amsa kowace tambaya ko da ba ka ɗauki kanka a matsayin mutum mai aiki ba. A cikin amsoshin tambayoyin da ke gaba, ayyukan motsa jiki masu ƙarfi suna nufin ayyukan da ke buƙatar ƙoƙari mai ƙarfi na jiki kuma suna sa ka numfashi da ƙarfi fiye da yadda aka saba. Ayyukan matsakaici suna nufin ayyukan da ke buƙatar ƙoƙari mai matsakaici na jiki kuma suna sa ka numfashi da ɗan ƙarfi fiye da yadda aka saba.

3A: A cikin kwanaki 7 da suka gabata, a kan kwanaki nawa ka yi tafiya na akalla minti 10 a lokaci guda? Wannan ya haɗa da tafiya a wurin aiki da a gida, tafiya don tafiya daga wuri zuwa wuri, da duk wata tafiya da ka yi kawai don hutu, wasanni, motsa jiki ko hutu. (kwanaki a mako)

3B: Nawa ne jimlar lokacin da ka saba kashe kana tafiya a cikin ɗayan waɗannan kwanakin? (awanni da mintuna)

Tambayar ƙarshe tana game da lokacin da ka kashe a zaune a cikin kwanakin aiki yayin da kake a wurin aiki, a gida, yayin da kake yin aikin karatu da kuma a lokacin hutu. Wannan ya haɗa da lokacin da aka kashe a zaune a kan tebur, ziyartar abokai, karatu, tafiya a cikin mota ko zama ko kwanciya don kallon talabijin. A cikin kwanaki 7 da suka gabata, nawa ne jimlar lokacin da ka saba kashe a zaune a cikin ranar aiki? (awanni da mintuna)
