Research survey: The impact of toxic workplace factors on employee well-being

Dear respondents,

I am Rugilė Butkevičiūtė, a master's student in Human Resource Management at Kaunas University of Technology. I am conducting a study for my thesis titled "The impact of toxic workplace factors on employee well-being". I am currently performing research aimed at identifying toxic workplace factors and their influence on employee well-being. Individuals who are at least 18 years old and are currently employed and able to evaluate their work experience in their current organization are invited to participate in the study.

The survey is anonymous, and the collected data will be used only for scientific purposes. Completing the questionnaire will take about 10 minutes. If you have any questions about the research, you may contact me at: [email protected].

The findings will only be used in my thesis and will not be publicly published.

Thank you sincerely for your time and responses!
