we should request a discount on the tariff from both service providers since we have a good number of connections in the community. additionally, we should have at least two service providers to ensure healthy competition and prevent monopoly.

tata broadband rates are higher than kosmic, and it also needs to follow standard customer care procedures to resolve connection problems, which is time-consuming. kosmic provides prompt service. i have been using it for 2.5 years.
