A survey studying the impact of organisational culture on employee burnout in Lithuania's IT sector (Apklausa, tirianti organizacinės kultūros įtaką darbuotojų perdegimui Lietuvos IT sektoriuje)

This questionnaire is being conducted at the University of Klaipeda, and the data collected will be used for exclusively academic purposes.

This questionnaire is a 58-item composite research instrument designed to investigate how organizational culture shapes employee burnout in the IT sector. It opens with an informed consent gate, followed by eight demographic and occupational variables. The core measurement draws on three validated scales: the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI; Cameron & Quinn, 2011), which captures the four CVF culture archetypes, Clan, Adhocracy, Market, and Hierarchy, across six organizational dimensions using a 100 points distribution scale; a ten-item Job Demands–Resources battery (Bakker, 2014; Burr et al., 2019) covering quantitative workload, role conflict, emotional demands, time pressure, autonomy, supervisor and colleague support, and development opportunities on a 1-5 frequency scale; and the 16-item Maslach Burnout Inventory: General Survey (MBI-GS; Schaufeli et al., 1996), measuring Exhaustion, Cynicism, and Professional Efficacy on a 0-6 frequency scale.
