The Influence of Perceived Human Resource Management Practices on Employees' Innovation Capability: Mediation through Employee Engagement and Moderation by Attitudes towards the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace.

Dear Participant,

My name is Miglė Ivoškaitė, and I am a Master's student in Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Vilnius University. As part of my Master's thesis, I am conducting a study that investigates how perceived human resource management practices affect employees' innovation capability and the role that employee engagement and attitudes towards the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace play. All individuals employed in Lithuania or Germany are invited to participate in the study.

Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will be treated anonymously. The data collected will be used solely for scientific purposes and will be analyzed only in aggregated form, without identifying individual participants.

Please answer all questions and select the response that best applies to you. There are no right or wrong answers—what matters is your personal opinion and your experiences in the work environment.

The questionnaire will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Each person can fill out the questionnaire only once. If you have any questions about the study, please feel free to contact me via email: [email protected]

Thank you for your participation, your engagement, and the time you take for this survey!
