  9. małgorzata is, in my opinion, a model of cabin crew. her enthusiasm infects the rest of her colleagues to work effectively. always smiling and polite. she emphasizes grooming, and is open and helpful towards passengers. she demonstrates a lot of knowledge during briefings. there is much to learn from her. she shows initiative and is not afraid to make clear decisions in stressful situations. my collaboration with małgorzata brings me a lot of satisfaction.
