Questionnaire A different angle on the Controller Agents in the fight against corruption

Dear respondent,

As part of the studies of the 9th edition of the Master's in Criminology at the Faculty of Law of the University of Havana, this research is being conducted for a master's thesis on the topic 'The controller agents in the fight against corruption.' The research addresses criminological, psychosocial, and labor aspects that impact the performance of these agents in the fiscal sphere.

I invite you to participate in this interesting study, whose fundamental objective is to analyze the determining factors that influence the work of these agents, their interaction and impact on ethical-labor commitment in their functions, fundamentally in the fiscal area. Among these are the causes that affect their behavior and fluctuation in both potential and real ways, thereby contributing to optimizing and improving conditions that will allow for adequate performance and organizational climate.

Your participation is anonymous and confidential, and responses are not mandatory. The results of the research will only be used for the writing of the master's thesis. It is estimated that completing the questionnaire will take approximately 15 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers; please, we appeal to your sincerity. Thank you for your selfless collaboration and participation!

The questions are presented in three sections: demographic and labor data, working conditions, and perceptions of protection and the psychosocial climate in the institution. The details for each part are provided below.
