Dear respondent, I am Modesta Milašiūtė, a student at the Lithuanian Sports University, and I am conducting research for my master's thesis on the topic "Socially Responsible Human Resource Management in Sports Organizations." The aim of this study is to assess how principles of social responsibility are applied in sports organizations regarding employees and how this relates to employee well-being and job satisfaction.
