all the best..no suggestions
1. should be a fee.
2. should be a coffee break (you would have money for coffee break).
3. conference party should be a party in a club, for example, we are young!
4. do something with accommodation, conditions were like in poor africa. as i said, a fee will solve all your problems...
broadening the conference to a higher level, not just for students, i mean.
it is hard to suggest something specific, but in general, it would be nice to do something about increasing the number of scientists and lecturers present during the oral presentation.

make the organizing committee larger.
keep going, fellows!
you could divide oral presentations over a few days.
to extend the poster session and prevent presenters from leaving their posters, while allowing extra time for participants to visit each other's posters. this year, there was too little time to see what others were trying to present.
carry on :)
evaluations of the presentations should perhaps be done by outsiders as well, since when the performance is evaluated by a single person, it is overly biased.
none
more presentations about semiconductors.
more time between the deadline and the beginning of the conference. necessary for obtaining visas
accommodate all participants in the same dormitory and prepare some tea/coffee/cookies for oral session coffee breaks. maybe even a small conference fee for this purpose would be a good idea?
i don't have any suggestions.
to collect more funds for better accommodation and meals for participants. to promote the conference better, especially abroad (in poland, the warsaw university was the only information source about the conference). invite more international students to begin collaboration with western scientific associations. i had a feeling that the conference was a meeting of post-ussr countries. it is really worth it for the organizers to come to budapest in august 2011 for the international conference for physics students (icps) organized by the international association of physics students (iaps) and to promote their own open readings conference and start new collaboration.
a bit longer breaks between oral sessions. :)
chairs of oral sessions should sometimes be more precise with the time schedule.
split the poster presentations into relevant fields of study: organic electronics, laser physics, and so on.
as mentioned above, the contributions should be screened, or at least, oral presentations should be selected more carefully -- they must be based on original results!
