Thesis – Acceptance of Contactless Payment Technologies

Dear respondent,

I am reaching out to you with a request to fill out a short questionnaire that is part of a thesis focused on the acceptance of contactless payment technologies (payments via phone, smartwatches, and payment rings) by consumers.

I am a student at the Faculty of Commerce at the Economic University in Bratislava. The aim of this research is to find out which factors influence consumers' decisions when using these technologies and what barriers may hinder their broader adoption.

The questionnaire is anonymous, and the responses obtained will be used solely for academic purposes. Completing it will take approximately 5-7 minutes.
