if africans from the diaspora are willing to relocate to africa permanently, in this case to tanzania, africa. i feel strongly that the tanzanian government should consider opening that door to black africans from around the globe. as long as they aren't a hindrance to the economy/government, grant us permanent residency upon approval and we will increase tanzania, not decrease or be stagnant there. thank you.
i am 73 years old and would like to make tanzania my retirement home, with an interest in investing in local and/or diaspora businesses.
