The purpose of this anonymous study is to assess the microclimate in the kindergarten (overall work atmosphere, relationships among the team) and your emotional well-being (stress, satisfaction, energy levels).

The psychologist aims to identify strengths and challenges based on your responses in order to prepare targeted interventions and suggestions on how to improve the work environment and enhance your professional well-being.

Your opinion is very important and will be used only for aggregate analysis. All answers are completely confidential and will not affect your work in any way.

  10. Manau,kad turetu kolektyvas bendrauti,gerti kartu kavą,kalbetis,juokauti...nereikia drausti to daryt,kad nesikūrtų atskiros grupeles,kur apkalbinejama.Daugiau bendru pokalbiu,draugiško palaikymo.
