RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE

Dear respondent,

I am Eugenija Žvinienė, a master's student at VDU, studying in the Business and Entrepreneurship program. I am currently conducting research for my master's thesis on the topic: “The relationship between employee and organizational value alignment and silent withdrawal in social care institutions.”

The aim of this research is to investigate how employee and organizational value alignment is related to employee emotional engagement (the phenomenon of silent withdrawal) in the social care sector. The questions are designed to assess your views, experiences, and behavioral trends in the workplace. The study is completely anonymous – neither your name, nor your workplace, nor any other personal data will be collected or disclosed. The results obtained will only be used for statistical, aggregated scientific purposes.

Participation in the study is voluntary. You can refuse to fill out the questionnaire at any time.
