DŽIUGAS® is a deliciuosly different cheese from Lithuania. It has special flavour derived from quality of milk it uses, the expertise of its cheese masters and time it is allowed to mature. Traditionaly DŽIUGAS® ripens at least 12 months but it also eaten at any age up to 48 months. With distinctive savoury body and a slight crunch in the bite, it also offers a creamy sweetness that perfectly balances its savoury strenght.
