Id like to get a higo and butcher but could only select one.
I would like the discreet a lot more if the blade were taller. I wouldn't mind at all if the top of the blade stuck out of the handle. The revelry also looks promising, but hard to say until I see the final product. I also like the higo a lot, almost as much as the butcher, but again, I would like it more if the blade were just a little taller.
just a question, would you possibly think about making the cleaver in different sizes?
