How to manage the cultural diversity that impact in the luxury hotel in Singapore?

What were the problem and the solution that you have used to the situation?

  1. language barriers couldn't communicate, so used body language instead.
  2. Different working ethnics and style
  3. Sometime we don't understand what do they want?
  4. There were minor communication issues since they didn't speak much English. However, the problem was solved when we sat down together to slowly understand each other.
  5. Communication and misunderstanding amongst different cultures as different people have varying ways of conducting certain activities.
  6. There is no specific problem for me to work with people from diverse culture. The only thing is I cannot understand when they talk or discuss or even blame me in their native language (definitely not english)
