  9. Małgorzata to według mnie wzór personelu pokładowego. Swoim entuzjazmem zaraża resztę współpracowników do efektywnej pracy. Uśmiechnięta i uprzejma o każdej porze. Kładzie nacisk na grooming, względem pasażerów otwarta i pomocna. Wykazuje dużą wiedzę podczas briefingu. Dużo się można od niej nauczyć Wykazuje inicjatywę, w sytuacjach stresowych nie boi podjąć się jasnej deccyzji. Moją współpraca z Małgorzatą przynosi mi dużo satysfakcji.
