Study: Employee Involvement in Innovation Creation and Implementation

Dear respondent,

I am Sandra Butkutė, a master's student at Kazimiero Simonavičius University. I am currently conducting research for my master's thesis on the topic: "Employee Involvement in Creating and Implementing Innovations: Motivational Factors and Incentive Strategies".

The aim of the study is to analyze the factors that determine employee involvement in innovation creation and implementation in small and medium-sized enterprises in Lithuania, with a particular focus on motivation and incentive measures. The results of the study will help to better understand what factors encourage employee initiative and how organizations can improve the innovation encouragement processes.

The survey is anonymous and voluntary – the answers will be used only for aggregated scientific purposes. Please respond honestly, based on your work experience and opinion.
