Physical Activity Related to Health of Nurses and Job Satisfaction

Dear survey participant,

 

                          Vilma Kanapienienė, a third-year student of the Bachelor's program in Nursing at Klaipeda University Faculty of Health Sciences, is conducting a study aimed at analyzing health-related physical activity of nurses and job satisfaction. Your opinion is very important to us. The survey is anonymous (you do not need to write your first or last name). The gathered data will be used to develop scientific conclusions and practical recommendations to improve the working environment of nurses.

     In this section we would like to determine the physical activity you engage in your daily life. Therefore, we ask how much time you spent on physical activity during the past 7 days. Please answer each question, even if you do not think you are a physically active person. Remember the physical activity you engage in at work, at home or in the yard, moving from one place to another, as well as leisure physical activity aimed at recreation, exercise, or sports.

Recall on average or highly intensive physical activity you engaged in during the past 7 days. Highly intensive physical activity is activity that requires great physical effort and significantly increases your breathing rate. Moderately intensive physical activity is activity that requires moderate physical effort and slightly increases your breathing rate.

This part is dedicated to work-related physical activity, i.e. paid or voluntary work, farming, education, and any other work that you did outside the home.
