The Impact of Work Requirements and Resources on Activity Performance

Vilnius University student Vilma Birvydaitė is conducting research aimed at determining the impact of work requirements and resources on employees' activity performance in IT sector companies under remote working conditions and examining the mediating role of burnout between work requirements/resources and work outcomes.
