The connections between inclusive leadership, employee engagement, psychological safety, and trust in leaders

Dear respondent,

I am Viktorija Kostoel Amdam, a master's student in the Human Resource Management program at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Vilnius University. I am currently preparing my master's thesis on the topic "The connections between inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and trust in leaders." I invite you to participate in this research aimed at analyzing the relationships between inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and trust in leaders and determining how these factors interact with each other and affect employee engagement in their work.
