asda has the brands i need for a portion of the price, and iceland food is mainly frozen, and i prefer to prepare meals fresh daily.
i choose number one because i work near it and always shop there, also asda, where i can buy goods at the lowest price. lidl is my least preferred because they sell products of poor quality.
