purely for proximity reasons

the reason behind my most preferred supermarkets is that i don't have to travel far as they are closer to my area, and i have also become a sort of regular customer in these stores. the reason for my least preferred choices is that i rarely see them around, and they are pretty far away.

m&s is my preferred supermarket as i think the products are higher quality, fresher, and it is also one of the nearest supermarkets to me. i rated lidl my least preferred store as i find the layout depressing, the products inferior, and the customer service lacking.

ease - good layout, not too busy, staff much better than tesco.

sainsbury, i prefer sainsbury, because it is near and has good quality. i least prefer iceland, because i want to buy fresh products; i think they only have frozen food.

i consider quality as well as quantity and price - i don't believe the other stores can provide me with all three (although aldi) has since been voted the best supermarket of the year.

they are either more local and have good deals, or they are upscale stores with amazing food that tastes better when cooked.

tesco is local to me and it's quite cheap. even though iceland is cheap, it's far away from me and the quality of the products is not good.
