  1. fino ad oggi, la trasparenza e l'etica sono solo temi di discussione e commento; tuttavia, la realtà che si vive è molto diversa da quanto si propone, poiché nella pratica la giurisprudenza di ogni paese a volte consente atti che sono legali, ma non morali, e partendo da questa prospettiva bisogna correggere tutto.
