Her tiştî ku tu dixwazî li vir bide fikrê, şîroveyek li vir:
it would be good to delete the duplicate dishes so that we don't have to search through twenty+ pages.
i like the new design, but entering data is cumbersome because, on one hand, the white bar is not visible while typing, so i can't tell if i've mistyped a letter, and i also can't see where i am in the text. the other thing that bothers me is that while typing, there is little time to fully enter what i'm looking for, because as soon as i stop typing, it immediately jumps to the results, which are not exactly what i wanted to search for. otherwise, i really love the app and find it very useful. thank you.
i think food photos are useful, but personally, i've clicked on them accidentally more times than they've helped. maybe there could be an option to adjust their visibility in the settings. :-)
adaptation table photo
hi, i probably liked the old version because i got used to it. i tried to get used to the new interface, but it feels a bit chaotic to me. if the majority likes it, then so be it, but i prefer the old one.
i love the site. it encourages me and helps a lot. thank you!
i think you have enough traffic to sign a contract with a sales house. this would generate significantly more revenue than adsense.
i suggest developing the graph and the export to excel.
hi!
i don't like the new look, but that's a matter of personal taste. if it's not too much work, it would be nice to make it optional. otherwise, i like the developments.
best regards,
ferenc buzás
advertisements were arranged less disruptively than in the previous version. when searching for food, it hides the keyboard too quickly. instead of the package photo, maybe a nutritional value photo? otherwise, i like the new design! :)
the advertisement would be better if it took up less space.
in the case of the old design, the red was too strong a color for me.
the nutrient table is unnecessary on the packaging photo, as it needs to be entered anyway. here, a characteristic surface of the packaging is more important for quick identification. it is true that it is visible very small, it would be good if it could be larger. furthermore, unfortunately, the barcode scanning does not always work. i scan one, and the next one doesn't go through. the problem only resolves if i kill the app. frustrating. of course, it might just be the device's fault: huawei p10 lite.
i don't think it's possible to clearly say whether the old or the new version is better. along with the design, a lot of innovations came with this update. personally, i found the old color scheme easier to navigate. everything blends into this purple background. i like that more data is displayed in the header, but for example, it’s missing that the daily limit bar should be wider. this way, i still have to concentrate to see where i stand, even though i don’t actually need glasses. it’s annoying that you swapped the usual order of protein-carbohydrate-fat, but i think it can still be gotten used to. i really like the food photo innovation, and i also appreciate that i can add to an already existing food in the app (for example, if i want a second helping), and it’s good that quick buttons have been added for sports as well. :)
i have one more question, although maybe i shouldn't ask it here. in the nutrients section, where you can see the consumed sugar, fiber, iron, and such... is there a chance that fructose will eventually be included separately? it could be useful for some people in case of fructose malabsorption.
by the way, the site is really good, it has a lot of benefits!
thanks for all the hard work you put into it!
it would be nice to have a forum or something similar where we could continuously write if something comes to mind about the table.
i don't really like watching youtube videos that i'm not sure i'll enjoy. i just can't bring myself to watch them.
thank you very much for all the hard work, this application is a great help to me!
instead of "package photos," it could be "the values indicated on the packaging."
thank you very much for this super app! i love it and it helps a lot with weight loss. keep it up 🙃🙂
the protein-carbohydrate-fat has been swapped for fat-carbohydrate-protein
for athletes, protein is the most important, so i liked it better this way; besides, the new design is very good
i really love the site; the many colors cheer me up, but i understand that for others it might be too much, and they would prefer something simpler. (i would also like a monochrome design.)
at first, i really didn't like the new design. not because it's not beautiful, or because i don't see the effort and desire for development in it, or the hard work, but in the first version, the choice of colors was harmonious, while in the new one it is not: the red-green-yellow elements that remained from the old version (the green stripe for daily intake, the apple basket on the homepage, the graph, etc.) clash with the new dark blue-magenta-burgundy, and unfortunately, the recoloring of the logo doesn't help with this. overall, the image has become more disordered, and instead of becoming more unified or clearer, everything has become tangled.
i know you wrote in the announcement that red-green is too contrasting, but professionally i have to say the new one is worse. the red-green line is more soothing to the eye since they are on opposite sides of the color wheel, they are complements, and they often occur together in nature, plus they were in a nearly 1:1 ratio on the site, which is the best, thus creating perfect color harmony. the new colors (royal blue, burgundy) can be derived from each other, but they are bolder and sharper to the eye. burgundy and ochre could also be a good choice since they are approximately complementary, but their correct ratio is 3:1 (burgundy:ochre), which unfortunately does not occur here.
inserting images at the beginning of the lines is distracting and unnecessary; the images that are uploaded indiscriminately only further disrupt the overall picture. for example, the image of the olive oil has a white background, which stands out quite a bit from the whole. images should only be included in such a pre-existing background if they are uniformly made, in a specified size, with a background and quality, preferably by one person, to fit the existing design, which no one has the time or resources for, right? overall, the images and, in their absence, the small camera icon only take up space in the line.
but let me not just criticize: the new header is a good idea; for those who follow the macros, it is a great help. when the most recent sports activities couldn't be recalled, i didn't even think it was necessary, but now that it is, please don't take it away. i love it, especially because i try to work off the pounds with various types of exercise.

a webshop sounds good (it might be easier to obtain low-calorie raw materials :) )
i would suggest the name "product data sheet."
when i enter the meals, i really miss the little up and down arrows. it was much easier to calculate how much we could eat with them than to always enter new numbers like this. now i often have to enter 2-3 numbers to get the portion right. if this were restored, many people would be happy about it, as it is a problem for many. i really love the site, thank you for being here.
i would like a photo of the information table.
sometimes when i add a new meal, the total calories only update very slowly or only refresh during the next opening.
i have never been able to suggest a recipe to the shared database; it always says that it contains its own food, but that hasn't been true (i think :)).
the favorites could be a dropdown menu instead of a list, because many long-named ingredients are not visible.
the packaging photo could be named "information on the packaging."
i would be interested in the mad or med board game, but i haven't heard about it. could you possibly send me some information about it to my email address ([email protected])?
for me, the phone only allows uploading a picture for the package photo. perhaps "packaging photo" would be better instead of the name.
1. the enlarged graph on mobile (when i click on the one in the lane) is a disaster. it compresses horizontally. it's unclear. the old one was better.
2. i can't attach a picture to food uploaded by others, even though this is the essence of community collaboration. i think these two things could be improved. by the way, i really like it; i enjoy using it.
i think the app is great... 😀 i like it, and i've managed to lose weight with it. the new design is nice, but i also enjoyed using the old one. i will continue to use it after this. thank you❤️
there is a lot of work in the calorie base program, in its development. it is a very useful app that has helped me a lot on my journey towards my goal. keep it up, stay strong, give it your all.
i don't really have time for that.
thank you for the development of the site and the service! :)
instead of a packaging photo, a nutritional table :)
i kind of like the new colors, but to me, it's less clear than the old one, i don't like it :(
by the way, does it really matter?? thank you so much for doing this! those who use the free version (like me) should be happy to receive it :)
