“Bolt” service survey
This questionnaire is designed to assess user experience with “Bolt” services, their satisfaction, and loyalty. The questionnaire is created based on research methods, grounded in market research theories and data analysis principles, to collect accurate and reliable data about “Bolt” users' perspectives. The results of the study will help understand the main motivations for customers using “Bolt” services, reveal common issues, and evaluate how these services could be improved.
