a lunch salad could be a ready-made salad type (like those in home deliveries) or protein offered separately for the salad. a soup lunch option for office workers. i think it's unnecessary to have two meat protein options. there could be a meat and a vegetarian option. if it requires a price increase, it could very well be raised.

less fat, salt, convenience foods, and breaded foods; more simple, ordinary home-cooked meals; soup could be once a week. the breads to be eaten with coffee could have a variety of toppings, including cheese sandwiches.
moderately salted basic food.
bacon could be at breakfast. mashed potatoes should always be with sauce dishes and steaks.
