I am Arnas Kadys, a second-year student of the Food Technology study program at Kaunas College. I am currently conducting a study aimed at assessing consumer attitudes toward an innovative product: buns with insect flour. This research will help better understand what consumers like you want from the product, what the expectations are, and how you evaluate such products.
