Car Brands Engagement On Twitter

Hello, my name is Greta and I'm doing a survey about how various car brands communicate on Twitter, engage with their followers, promote their products, etc..

The purpose is to study which posts are the most noticeable and engaging to the audience, as well as which brands come up with best commercials or ways to attract customers.

This survey is anonymous and not obligatory, however your answers would help a lot in achieving the results for this study and it would only take a few minutes.

You can see the results once the survey is submitted, but all personal information will be kept confidential.

If you decide to fill this survey out it will be appreciated and if you have any questions you can contact me on: [email protected]

Are you interested or have ever been interested in cars?

How often do you look up something related to cars/ car brands on social media?

Have you ever found some interesting or useful information related to cars on these social media platforms? (You can pick a few)

Has a commercial or a post on Twitter from a car brand ever made in you interested in a specific car? (Meaning that you looked up more information about it) Or maybe even interested you in buying one?

What is you opinion about car brands advertising, engaging with their audience using Twitter as social media platform? Is it better in some ways then other social media platforms? Or worse? What are the pros and cons in your opinion?

  1. don't know
  2. twitter is not very popular in lithuania, so i don't even have an account on twitter.
  3. i don't know.
  4. i don’t have one as i don’t see any.
  5. that is a good platform for advertising, as you can get a certification for account use with various hashtags, making it an easy and popular platform for car brands to engage with their audience and advertise their products.
  6. i don’t see the difference between one social media platform and another; in any case, the main purpose remains the same - advertising the product, allowing consumers to discuss and comment below the product.
  7. pros - they are being more engaging with their audience and trying to be more relatable to them. cons - i don't really see any cons.
  8. i am not using.
  9. i think it’s a good marketing strategy; i believe twitter is still one of the best ways to engage with many people at once and attract new followers.
  10. i think there are better platforms than twitter for this.

Is there anything you would like to add/ comment regarding this topic?

  1. twitter is very rare in lithuania.
  2. i think car brands like tesla are some of the best advertising car brands because they don't do anything to advertise their cars; the cars speak for themselves.
