my name is Aruzhan Aiymbetova, I am a student of Social Sciences faculty at the Kaunas University of Technology. I'm conducting a non-profit survey on the way famous people, namely Taylor Swift, a singer and songwriter, interact with their audience online.
The importance of the research lies in understanding the process of media communication and access the impact it has on the fans.

- it is very good that you provided a cover letter with important details about the research, together with your contacts. when you add the 'other' option, it would be better if the respondent could add their input. is it not important/interesting? some of the questions could have more answer options, especially for respondents who could be indifferent or not sure about how to respond. the final question is not clear.
