they are wonderful.
oh, creamy cottage cheese is just cottage cheese without grains. so wherever creamy cottage cheese is needed, i put everything that has a cottage cheese flavor, like ricotta, mascarpone (although i rarely have that), or plain cottage cheese blended with a little sour cream. and i have never bought philadelphia. a long time ago, when i looked at its price, it seemed very expensive to me, so i'm fine without it.
