Customer satisfaction survey for the Lithuanian Sea Museum Dolphinarium

Your suggestions, comments

  1. na
  2. no
  3. ticket selection and purchasing system (when buying tickets online).
  4. thank you for the tours, events, and other activities.
  5. there is a lack of innovation in the performances; we have been visiting for about 15 years, and the environment has changed, but the performances have not. the dolphin show set a very high standard in the broadcast, not for the trainers. however, when we attended the trainers' performance, we were disappointed. the price does not match the experience.
  6. to review ticket prices for children, considering who is a child (according to the united nations, it is a citizen up to 18 years of age), i regret to say that in lithuania, children are discriminated against.
  7. i don't have.
  8. a wider range of services while waiting for the ferry... when it's cold. heated stations on the pier, because when it's cold and the wind is just very unpleasant... "to freeze" on the shore, while waiting in the "dolphinarium" for the ferry to arrive, as there is a bit of a walk. i believe that if there were a comfortable station with toilets, etc., more people would come to your museum and dolphinarium even in cold weather while waiting for the ferry. more food options with "reasonable" prices.
  9. i haven't visited the museum after the reconstruction, plus the aquarium is still not operational, so the entire evaluation wouldn't be objective.
  10. there is a lack of information and accuracy, specificity during the website reconstruction.
  11. tickets are very expensive. visiting you with family is a luxury.
