Development of Virtual Learning Environments in Technical Higher Education - VirTec

This programme is very usable to teach structions and drawing some part of construction. As a building design teacher,ı hope we can use this programme to educate our students after semester holiday. As far as I am concerned this programme will be in english at first..But some teachers can't understand it. If the programme can be in some languages, it can reach milions of users easier way to use it just in english language.
