East Texas Gospel Honor Awards

These awards will recognize the top East Texas musical artist and musician in the East Texas area. Nominators are able to list one person/group in each category. Deadline for submission of names is July 5, 2016 at 8 a.m.

Category 1: Church Choir of the Year: Who has the top East Texas Church Choir for 2016? Please list the name of the church and the city.

Category 2: Community Choir of the Year: Who is the top East Texas Community Choir of the Year for 2016? Please list the name of the choir and the city located.

Category 3: Choir Director of the Year: Who is the top Choir Director in East Texas? List name of Director and city the Director is located.

Category 4: Youth Choir of the Year: What church in East Texas has the Top Youth Choir for 2016? Please list name of the church and city location

Category 5: Ensemble of the Year: Who has the top Ensemble in East Texas for 2016? Please list the name of the Ensemble and the city they are located in. An ensemble is a group of musicians playing together. Ensembles range in size from smaller groups, such as string quartets (four players), to larger ensembles such as the symphony orchestra.

Category 6: Female Gospel Group of the Year: Who is the top East Texas Female Gospel Group for 2016? Please list the name of the group and city they are located in.

Category 7: Male Gospel Group of the Year: Who is the top East Texas Male Gospel Group for 2016? Please list the name of the group and city they are located in.

Category 8: Gospel Group of the Year: Who is the top East Texas Gospel Group for 2016? Please list the name of the group and city they are located in.

Category 9: Male Gospel Quartet of The Year: Who is the best Male Gospel Quartet in East Texas? Please list the Quartet Name and what city they are in.
