Your comments, suggestions:
hello, i ordered your bread for the first time before the holidays. since i used to bake for my own needs, i was very accustomed to homemade products and decided to try your offering. :) i didn't really like the crust of the bread - it turned out quite thick and very hard, so i had to cut off quite a bit from the slice. the bread also seemed not very fresh to me. since this was my first time, and i definitely plan to try again, i might have a different opinion later on. :) wishing you success in your work and in developing such a delicious idea. sincerely, aida
very tasty, high-quality bread. thank you very much.
i would like the option to buy half a loaf of bread.
the crust is very hard and difficult to cut. inside, the bread is like store-bought, which might be good for some, but i would prefer to find larger "pieces" inside, maybe some seeds or coarsely ground grain parts. it's too expensive for everyday bread, and it's not very special, so i wouldn't really recommend it unless someone asked; then i would recommend it.
the bread crust should not be hard. i suggested it to my friends, but the price "scares" them.
great refrigerator (even in the fridge)
it's hard to evaluate a truly natural product when you're used to store-bought "natural" bread. the bread bought in stores is softer (easier to slice or pre-sliced), moister, and tastier - at least to my taste. however, of course, it comes with all sorts of additives that i don't want to eat. so, i need to find the ideal balance between taste and the absence of "vitamin e" :) i myself am not a bread lover, meaning i hardly consume it at all. there was neither admiration nor disappointment with this bread in my family. therefore, i might still try to order it again, to see where the bakery is headed :)
i have already recommended it to colleagues and friends. i don't know if it's the specific nature of the bread, but it's very difficult to slice the bread into thin slices through the thick crust. i'm curious, but do you plan to bake lighter steamed bread someday? :)
i would like to buy half a loaf, because a whole one is too much for me, it dries out afterwards. thank you.
