Impact of Advertisement on intention to switch

This survey explores your feelings and responses towards negative consumer reviews in online communities on controversial issues and It provides choices of situation for online participant as yourself would be in and based on the selected situation, leads to the assessment of your affective response towards the negative review online and how it influences your switching intentions.

This questionnaire will  take about 5 minutes or less minutes to fill, Your identity are completely safe and will not be disclosed so fill free to express yourself in the response below.

This questionnaire is divided into different two sections( A&B), and two parts (1&2).

Section A&B allows you to describe your demographics and gives a basic reflection of your personality.

while part 1&2 measure or asses your approach, avoidance and switching intentions based on various aspects of negative consumer reviews.

The first set of questions (Part One) is to assess your activeness with social media engagement (Part Two) is to assess your affective response to a negative electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) given the consumer situation provided and to assess your approach, avoidance and switching intentions in the given consumer situation. ✪
