Light Verb Constructions vs. Simple/Full verbs in English (Test I)

This anonymous test is a part of my ongoing research. I am looking for constructions that native/advanced speakers of English would normally use in ordinary situations. Below is a set of questions. Please read the pairs of sentences and for each pair, select the sentence that you would naturally use in an everyday context. There is only one answer that can be chosen.
