What do you believe are the main concerns for prospective students, and what may prevent them from entering higher education?

  1. high minimum requirements, the need to pass relevant state matriculation exams to obtain a state-funded place.

  3. the main concerns for students would be access to information regarding their course and obtaining the relevant certificates to apply for higher education.

  10. the ever-increasing price of education as well as the pressure to perform. not to mention the lack of certain job opportunities in highly competitive fields.

  14. i feel that colleges in this country need to realign their current course offerings to the employment sector instead of simply trying to fill courses. courses should be directly linked to 'actual jobs,' and learners are beginning to realize that this is not always the case. the high number of learners who leave college and do not enter the employment for which they have been trained is a concern for everyone.
  15. one needs a steady income, which means they have to look for a job and choose studies alongside work, as well as uncertainty about what they would like to study, incorrect subjects chosen in school, and exams.
