Post-school Educational Provision (for academic staff)

What could be done to reduce the costs of higher education to students?

  1. tuition fees could be financed by companies whose employees are studying in higher education, sponsoring scholarships for the best students.
  2. higher education costs for students can only be changed by government decisions. at the moment, they are quite high. therefore, more and more students are choosing to continue their studies while working. some young people do not have the means to pay for their studies, so they opt for vocational schools or go abroad.
  3. more funding from government
  4. tax breaks for maintaining higher education
  5. provide more resources as well as food while they are on campus
  6. facilitate student loans
  7. if grants from social partners or individuals were possible..
  8. more government funding
  9. it is good to make studies free for students who are learning.
  10. implementing some sort of work-study programs.
  11. allocate more funded places, as some study programs are not funded at all.
  12. consideration is being given to more partnerships between colleges, universities, and industries, as well as a reduction in the length of programs. there is an evolution of in-work training and educational opportunities.
  13. to offer larger discounts on educational tools with a student id.
  14. currently, i am uncertain about what we could do to reduce the amount of student loans that learners have. however, it may be the case that by establishing stronger connections with employers and providing 'employment training' that is directly linked to work experience with those employers, we could create a 'learn while you earn' model of education. this may result in fewer learners within the college sector, but it would ensure that the learning experience is authentic and valuable.
  15. if it were possible to fantasize, perhaps it would be possible to prepare slightly different study programs and allow teachers to give lectures more in the companies themselves. of course, this would require finding partners, but it could be possible to combine practical sessions with theoretical ones organized in companies, as they have conference rooms and real workplaces. this way, it might be possible to reduce the costs of maintaining premises and also to do more learning and work in a hybrid manner during the cold season.
  16. scholarships financial aid from the government easy bank loans with certain exceptions for students education for free
